All Festive bookings require a £10.00pp deposit. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, over the phone or in person via Credit or Debit card.
Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid in full and we will only be able to hold a provisional reservation for 2 weeks before it is automatically released.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill amount.
For groups of more than 6 people we will require a pre-order to be with us 1 week prior to reservation date. Please let us know if a member of your group is unable to attend as all pre-ordered meals must be paid in full if we are not notified within 48 hours.
Please let us know at the time of booking of any food allergies/intolerances.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be retained in full if cancellation is made less than one week prior to the booking.
If the number of your party decreases in number within 48 hours of your booking time and date then we reserve the right to withhold deposits for any guests not attending.
