Made in the traditional method, this pink sparkling wine has raspberry and cranberry notes in the mouth. Fine bubbles and crisp acidity give the wine great structure and freshness.

CAOS is a blend of spirit, Cornish spring water, apple juice and honey, which includes pollen and nectar, collected by the bees from their apple orchards.

Seyval Blanc & Ortega, Polgoon, Penzance 2015

A single estate, perfectly blended, white wine from Polgoon. The blend is lightly oaked to enhance the butterscotch complexity of white peach and grape flavours. A floral and honeysuckle nose, all lightly balanced with a gentle acidity.
