4 Fish Feast
Our newest offering, the 4 fish feast, is for a minimum of 2 people.
This fantastic sharing dish will consist of a delicious mix of shellfish and fish straight from the Cornish seas. Think monkfish tail roasted on the bone, ½ shell scallops bathed in a ginger & soy sauce, cracking crab claws and Porthilly mussels in a choice of Asian broth, marinière or Cornish cider & Primrose Herd bacon. As with all our menus we use only the freshest, locally and sustainably sourced ingredients so this feast will change throughout the year depending on the guidance of our trusted fish merchant, Wing of St Mawes. So too will the accompaniments. In the warmer months a crisp, fresh leaf salad, steamed sea vegetables and Cornish new potatoes and for colder days perhaps chargrilled purple sprouting and Ben’s homemade crusty bread. We will also be able to offer starters and desserts from the lunch or evening menu.
This wonderful offering can be enjoyed at lunch or in the evening and will be available from 29th March 2019 and we will require 48 hours’ notice and pre-payment.
